For the beginner or experienced chef, these classes are perfect for young culinarians ages 5-12. Chef Carrie will teach Junior Chefs how to make simple, clean, ORGANIC, and delicious meals. We’ll harvest vegetables and fruits from our on-site garden and master kitchen techniques, including sautéing, baking, grilling, and pastry and knife skills. (ages 5-12). Haunted Harvest. It’s almost Halloween and we’re making grubs, bugs and snakes! Join us after school for this two-hour healthy cooking class that will surely keep the slugs away. Our Friday classes are three (3) hours of exploratory & hands-on kitchen and garden experiences designed for all levels. In these hands-on workshops, Chef Carrie will guide you through the complete process from prepping, crafting, making, baking/cooking and eating. Includes lunch/dinner and recipes for each guest.
